Simply add it to your shopping cart just like any other item. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and providing you with a reference number.

Pre-order timelines vary based on product. Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item you’re ordering is intended to ship.

Our carriers collect shipments from our warehouse by 16:00 CET Monday to Friday, so the track and trace number should be active from that time. Please note that this might vary during campaign or sale periods.

Please allow 1-4 days as every product is made-to-order for your order to be created and processed for shipping. We make every effort to fufill orders as quickly as possible.

Any customs and import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We often have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Customers from following non-EU countries do not pay duties and taxes when shopping with us: Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

All orders are sent from Sweden.

For your security we can’t change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry, if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted, the carrier will contact you, telling you where it is.

Returns

You can make a return if the products are not custom made or personalized by writing to us at info@kaiendo.com or here.

If you decide to return something, please ensure it’s in perfect condition. This means it must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Any items that are returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. This excludes faulty items.

Yes if the product is not custom made you can ask for an exchange, write to us at info@kaiendo.com and we will help you arrange an exchange. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer.

Personalized Products

Our customization options allow you to personalize our products in a truly unique way. In addition to choosing your favorite design, you can also have your initials embroidered on the pocket hoodie so that it is truly one-of-a-kind.

Since all our products are order-to-make it will not take longer for us to make our product.
